With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.

What You'll Do:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. They ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality and oversee the upkeep of the landscape around the resort. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working both individually and as part of a team to resolve maintenance calls and ensure a positive guest experience. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Employee Housing - first-come, first-served.

Position starts at $24.00- $32.00/hr. + DOE.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to both routine maintenance calls and escalated issues.
  • Ensure smooth operation of facilities and amenities.
  • Track hours accurately for all work.
  • Report to rooms for maintenance calls and provide great guest service while resolving issues.
  • Work with management to escalate maintenance issues beyond in-house response.
  • Utilize power and manual tools to resolve maintenance calls.

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent - required.
  • Good mechanical aptitude, general knowledge of carpentry, heating, electrical, painting, drywall and finishing - preferred
  • Proficient at written and verbal communication in English - required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred
  • Related hospitality experience - preferred
  • Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, kneel - required.
  • Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs. - required.
