Job Summary

The Home Health Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy treatments prescribed at your discretion, and adhering to regulations and guidelines. They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and use prescribed treatments to help patients meet goals to improve, recover, develop and maintain skills for their Activities of Daily Living.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of practice
  • Experience or Recent Grads Welcome.
  • Ability & Desire to work independently.
  • We currently use Kinnser/Wellsky & WebPT
  • Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
  • Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
  • Current CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB Test
