Maintenance Technician

Cambio Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician with diverse background, experience, and skills to be a culture add to our growing team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance operations of the community to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have passion to provide exceptional living experiences for individuals and families across the nation

• Possess broad experience and knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair work for grounds, streets, homes, and equipment

• Have experience and demonstrate top safety with snow plowing in areas that require plowing

• Meet the requirement to work on-call after hours and on weekends

• Provide an active and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
