Balance Solutions is a large physical therapy private practice & wellness clinic consisting of 9 physical therapists, 7 physical therapist assistants, and 2 licensed massage therapists as well as a full front office & billing staff!  Balance Solutions provides exceptional health care, excellent customer service and incredible clinical outcomes.  You could be part of a clinic that has one main goal: ensuring our community of patients feel and function at their best. We are continuously growing, and we need a new Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! 

These fantastic and unique roles are for both full-time and/or part-time employed positions!

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional intervention to all patients
• Adhere to the Balance Solutions systems and clinic procedures
• Promote and encourage wellness & maintenance care
• Work with physical therapists & massage therapists where patients are co-managed
• Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for your team members
• Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non-clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management
