Job Description
Jenny's Eat Drink Socialize formerly Dexter's Birdland in Orlando, FL is looking for one food prep line cook assistant to join our team. We are located on 595 West Church St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down workstation
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
- Assist chef with line ticket orders
Qualifications
- Experience working in BOH position
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
