Journeyman Software Developer Applications

• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications for Chatbot.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

• The Journeyman has 5 years’ experience providing specific subject matter expertise in Microsoft O365 and has a BA/BS educational level.
• Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements. Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
• Possesses requisite knowledge, expertise & experience using and/or managing the following applications: Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, OneDrive, web portal including chat bot features, and portals/software.
• Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills.
