Guardian Rehab Expectations for Occupational Therapists

As an Occupational Therapist with Guardian Rehab, you will provide occupational therapy assessment, services, direction, and care to patients in your region. You will evaluate the patient's home environment and functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care.

  • Develop a treatment program and establish goals for patients improved function
  • Teach patients new skills or re-train patients in once familiar daily activities that have been lost due to illness or injury, under organization policy
  • Maintain and submit appropriate clinical records, notes, and reports to the physician regarding any changes in the patient's condition
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Licensed to practice as Occupational Therapist within the state
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
