Genesis Health Clubs in Fort Collins is hiring outgoing, friendly Wall Monitor team members!
We are looking to hire positive, professional, safety minded team members for our North location. The Wall Monitor will be responsible for engaging, energizing, and inspiring our members and team while maintaining a safe environment. 
 
The Wall Monitor duties include (but are not limited to):
 

• Monitor and address safety at the wall. This is the top priority of the Wall Monitor.
• Maintain proficiency with various techniques/devices used in climbing
• Actively monitor and perform certifications for top-rope belaying, lead belaying, and lead climbing
• Fix spinning holds as they occur
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at the wall
• Perform and maintain zone checklists
• Actively track and relay member feedback to the Wall team
• Perform opening ad closing duties 
• Clean club, run laundry and fold towels as needed
• Perform other tasks in support of the entire health club as needed
