- 6 months - 2 years of leadership experience leading teams of 10+ team members and trainers

- Available to work flexible work schedules
- Familiarity with talent management process
- Able to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Capable of creating a feeling of energy and excitement to foster engaging culture
- Desire to meet key company objectives
