POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting/quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests by performing in one or more workstations in accordance with WP procedures, systems, and standards, and 20/20 guest expectations.

    Front of House (FOH)
    Guest Services
     Immediately welcomes and acknowledges guests.
     Offers samples or Promotional Menu Items
     Takes and clarifies orders, assists guests with menu selection as appropriate.
     Enters order in POS system, collects money, and makes change.
     Always thanks guest upon completion of order taking.
     Assembles order, works with backup position to ensure order is prepared timely and accurately; personally hand delivers orders to guests.
     Maintains cleanliness and stocking of work area.
    Interior
     Empties trash cans, sweeps and mops floors, cleans dining room tables and chairs, cleans windows and doors.
     Cleans and stocks restrooms.
     Cleans and maintains equipment, including drink dispenser, ice bins, and POS equipment.
     Cleans miscellaneous interior items and insures proper sanitation and temperatures for hot and cold food items. (i.e., wipes down menu boards, order counter, etc.).
     Visually checks and inspects all areas for cleanliness.
    Exterior
     Sweeps and picks-up trash in parking lots, sidewalks, and curbs.
     Empties trash cans and cleans miscellaneous exterior items an appropriate.
     Cleans Restaurant front and visually checks and inspects all areas for cleanliness.
    Back of House (BOH)
    Ovens
     Monitors ovens to prepare ordered and on-hand items.
     Prepares menu products according to procedure, cooks and prepares fresh products, heats items in oven, operates timers and removes products when timer sounds.
     Discards ingredients/products that have expired or don't meet quality standards.
     Sets up and maintains equipment; keeps workstation stocked; maintains cleanliness of work area and utilizes appropriate safety methods to prevent burns.
    Assembly
     Reads tickets and assembles products using correct ingredients and portioning, correctly packages products, and verifies the appearance and quality of presentation, temperature of product, and order accuracy before delivery to guest.
     Discards ingredients/products that have expired or don't meet quality standards.
    Prep
     Places frozen products in appropriate place to defrost, places defrosted products in proper container and storage area, and arranges product for first-in, first-out rotation.
     Opens product packages, places in proper storage units, and affixes shelf-life labels.
  •  Ensures all food prep and storage areas are kept neat and clean at all times and complies with WP food safety standards.
     Visually checks and inspects all ingredients for freshness.
     Measures, assembles, and prepares ingredients for various products according to product mix information.
    Warmer
     Checks warmer and prepares on-hand and ordered products.
     Prepares warmer items, places product in appropriate rack/basket and places in correct warmer rows, operates timers, removes/drains product when timer sounds, places product in appropriate container and/or holding bin.
     Maintains cleanliness and stock of workstation areas including the rolling and prep area, display warmers and bins, refrigerator, and holding units.
    Interior
     Empties trash cans, sweeps and mops floors, washes tables and chairs, cleans windows and doors; cleans and stocks restrooms.
     Washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils by hand or using dishwasher.
     Changes oven pans and Teflon when needed wearing required safety equipment, scrubs oven units and mixers, cleans vents/hood, etc.
     Cleans and maintains equipment, including storage freezer, storage refrigerator, drink dispenser, ice bins, syrup lines, catch pans, and POS equipment.
     Cleans miscellaneous interior items (i.e., wipes down menu boards, order counter, etc.). Visually checks and inspects all areas for cleanliness.
    Exterior
     Sweeps and picks-up trash in parking lots, sidewalks, and curbs.
     Empties trash cans, and cleans miscellaneous exterior items (i.e., outside menu board and/or signage).
     Cleans walkways and around dumpsters. Visually checks and inspects all areas for cleanliness.
    Receiving & Storage
     Receives and stores products on delivery following established procedures.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful; comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be at least 16 years old and have proper documentation to show eligibility to work in the United States. Understands and communicates clearly in English, may require the ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant. Ability to read and understand written English, perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply); perform
    multiple tasks at once; and work effectively in a team environment.
    Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant; ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs. Ability to listen to guests and take orders, operate a cash register, and read POS monitors.
