We are looking for a candidate to join our team representing the Olympic Peninsula territory. PermaBilt Industries, Inc. with its Town & Country Post Frame Buildings Division is the largest post frame building contractor in Western Washington. Since 1973, a specialization in design and construction of post and wood frame, steel-covered buildings have brought Town & Country to a level of quality and workmanship few can surpass. Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at PermaBilt, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by selling post frame buildings to our customers.

You will travel to customer's homes, assess their needs and design and price the structure that fits their needs and the requirements of the property. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of warm leads provided by us and working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close sales. Your passion for customer-facing sales, combined with your ability to work independently and effectively, will be instrumental in your success.


Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, with experience in customer-facing roles. Direct experience working with homeowners is a plus.

Someone who thrives on seeking out new opportunities, managing leads from prospect to closing.

Eager to hit the road, meet clients face-to-face, and truly understand their needs.

Strong communication, driven by proactively determining the best solutions for our customers, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home-based office.

Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers in their homes and at their project sites.

Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including Saturdays.

Knowledge of post frame buildings or construction industry experience is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to warm leads generated through referrals and online advertising and establish initial contact with potential customers.

Customer Consultation: Sales are done in-person to evaluate the customer's needs.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, provide ongoing support, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the sales process.

Travel: Travel to multiple customers in a day.

Availability: Appointments scheduled Monday through Saturday.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our custom CRM system.


Pay:

Small base salary with reduced commission within your first year, then straight commission. Average potential salary $165,000++ annually based on sales closing performance.
