Property Maintenance Technician

Nexeo is hiring a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Logan, UT near the Millcreek area. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining our properties by assisting with apartment turnovers. While prior experience is beneficial, it's not a requirement. Responsibilities

•Conducting drywall repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

•Ensuring the property grounds are well-kept and maintained.

•Repairing and maintaining appliances.

•Proficiency in using hand tools and basic equipment.

Qualifications

•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Basic maintenance knowledge of drywall repair, painting, and groundskeeping.

•Familiarity with appliance repair is a plus.

•High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
