Experienced Waitstaff

Staff2U partners with clients with a modern, fresh and upscale approach to catering & events in Central Texas and nationwide.  We are searching for energetic, outgoing and dedicated experienced servers and bartenders to join our growing waitstaff team! If you are looking for a flexible way to earn some extra income and work alongside a dynamic team as an independent contractor. 

DUTIES of the EXPERIENCED WAITSTAFF include but not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile while anticipating guests' needs
• Assist with set up and service of the event to fulfill guest needs throughout entirely of food service and bar service
• Ensure all items required for each event pull sheet are accounted for correctly before the event
• Assist with set up and service of the event specifics, food and beverage to fulfill guest needs throughout entirely of food service and bar service
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
• Replenish food and beverage product throughout entirety of event
• Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event; returns equipment to proper storage area

Requirements of the EXPERIENCED WAITSTAFF:

• be self-motivated and customer service oriented
• provide extraordinary customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect
• have good communication skills
• be a team player
• have flexible availability - nights and weekends are a must!
• have reliable transportation
• be professional in both demeanor and appearance
• previous serving experience
• have TABC and Food Handlers/ServSafe certificates
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferences of the EXPERIENCED WAITSTAFF:

• bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus!
• ability to drive box trucks or vans is a plus!

• Additional hours and overtime are available during peak business periods

Starting at $15+/hour
