Responsibilities of this position include:

- Building lifelong relationships with clients

- Exhibiting consultative selling skills

- Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

- Developing product and sales acumen to become a vehicle expert

- Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

- Following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business

- Overcoming objections and thriving within sales situations

- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

- Bringing a positive attitude and your best work every day

 

Qualifications for this position include:

- Availability to work flexible hours and weekends

- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

- Readiness to learn new products consistently

- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members

- Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
