Negligence Plaintiff Attorney

Join a prominent law firm with over 70 years of dedicated service in the DMV region. We are currently seeking a dynamic and aggressive personal injury attorney to join our team in one of our DC, Maryland, or Virginia offices.

As a key member of our team, you will be provided a high volume of Negligence cases, with an extremely competitive compensation model. We are looking for a candidate who is adept at managing a diverse caseload with varying degrees of complexity and who is ambitious and eager to make a difference within their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full caseload of Negligence cases, from opening new files to creating litigation plans
• Autonomously manage a large volume of files, ensuring timely and efficient handling
• Conduct thorough reviews of incoming correspondence and medical records
• Engage in discovery processes, make court appearances, and actively participate in trials
• Maintain exceptional client interaction throughout the legal process
• Travel to various commissions, courts, and conferences as needed

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in handling Negligence cases of varying complexities (5+ years desired)
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
• Must be licensed in DC, VA, and/or MD
