Dr. Albert & his team are looking for the right General Dentist to join our growing practice as an Associate/Junior Partner Dentist! We have served the Elmira community for over 20 years. The Finger Lakes region is a scenic escape full of culture & outdoor sporting activities. If you are a general dentist (DDS/DMD) that is a hard worker, ethical & talented, driven for success, & focused on building relationships with your patients & your team – this opportunity will catapult your career to the next level! Qualified candidates must carry a New York Dental License that is active & in good standing & be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.

Benefits / Compensation: You deserve to be rewarded for your hard work

• $1000 per day minimum OR 32% of collections (whichever is higher)!
• Ability to earn over $1500+/day!
• $30,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time candidate
• $15,000 relocation bonus if applicable
• Up to $50,000.00 student loan reimbursement (10K a year each year your contract annually renews for up to 5 years)
• $3,000.00 a year CE stipend
• Consistent FULL-TIME schedule
• Steady new patient flow with a very busy hygiene schedule – allowing you to build your practice with confidence
• If the right fit, the new dentist will earn equity in the practice (becoming a junior partner) without having to buy in
• 3- 4 Days/week: Flexible with which days work best for you!
