Needed CNAs/ NAs Weekly Pay - Kaneohe

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is searching for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Nursing Assistants (NAs). for our Kaneohe location on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a full-time individual contributor role with a salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is $18-$20 per hour on a weekly basis. Additional benefits include medical and vision insurance, time off and holidays, and flexible spending accounts.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing patients
• Take care of any special needs of elderly or disabled patients
• Monitor and document patient’s physical and emotional well-being
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
• Listen to patient’s concerns and report them to the nurse on duty or other healthcare professionals
• Talk to the patients to provide comfort, emotional support, and reassurance
• Follow safety procedures and universal precautions

Requirements:
• CNA/NA certificate or equivalent educational background
• Adherence to federal, state and local regulations
• Ability to lift and move equipment and patients
• Ability to follow instructions
• Experience providing companionship and personal care to elderly or disabled patients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
