Janitorial Custodian

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Shift- 1st shift - Full Time: 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $17-18 per hour

Summary:

Overall responsibilities for maintaining and keeping work environment clean. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean Front Offices, kitchenette area, restrooms, conference room.

Clean all windows inside and outside.

Clean washrooms, Clean locker-room, Sweep warehouse.

Take care of ice and scoop entry ways when there is snow. 

Clean breakroom including refrigerators, microwaves, cupboards, and tables. 

Person will be also responsible for stocking these areas with supplies when needed, cleaning all the floors, and taking the garbage out to the dumpster.

Job duties are subject to change as needed.

Educations and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent and/or prior operator experience.

Communication Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and follow directions.  Must be able to speak, listen and openly communicate with team members and actively participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 lbs. on an frequent basis
• Push or pull with up to 50 lbs. of force on an occasional basis

• Use hands to grip, pinch, handle, reach, or feel on a frequent basis
• Stand on a continuous basis and walk on a frequent basis
• Possess manual dexterity
