Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled deck carpenter to join our team. As a reputable property management company, we specialize in providing comprehensive maintenance services to our clients. The deck carpenter will be responsible for designing, constructing, and repairing decks for residential properties, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.

The deck carpenter will work closely with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality results and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and excellent craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Create deck plans and designs based on client requirements
  • Construct decks using various materials
  • Install support beams, joists, and decking boards
  • Ensure decks are structurally sound and meet safety standards
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out deck components
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Be able to take accurate measurements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in deck construction
  • General Liability Preferred
