Karter School of South Riding is now hiring Lead and Assistant Montessori teachers.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Salary: $37,000-$55,000 based on experience, education, and certification 


What we're looking for:

  • Safety Certification:  Possession of CPR, First Aid, and MAT certifications ensures the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Positive Parent Communication:  Effective communication with parents is key. We value individuals who can engage with parents in a positive and supportive manner.
  • Reliable Transportation:  Having reliable transportation and showing up consistently is crucial to maintaining a stable teaching presence for our students.
  • Montessori Experience:  Previous experience in a Montessori setting is a must. Your expertise will help us create a nurturing learning environment.
