Home Health Aides must possess the following credentials in order to be considered for employment.
All Pointe HomeCare, LLC is a fully-licensed home care agency that offers a wide range of programs and services to medically complex children, adolescents and adults.
Our company is currently seeking per diem Home Health Aides to provide in-home services to our clients. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Follow the plan of care to provide safe, competent assistance to the client.
- Help the client maintain good personal hygiene and assist in maintaining a healthy, safe environment.
- Encourage the client’s mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest.
- Provide simple emotional and psychological support to the client and other members of the household.
- Establish a relationship with the client and family which transmits trust and confidentiality.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks as related to a safe and comfortable environment for the client, as instructed by the Registered Nurse.
Home Health Aides must possess the following credentials in order to be considered for employment.
- Completion of a Home Health Aide training program comprising not less than 75 hours of theoretical and clinical instruction.
- CNA certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience preferred.
- Flexible availability during the afternoons, evenings and weekends.
- Valid CT drivers license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
