Mercedes-Benz Finance and Insurance Manager

Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. As the F&I Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance and insurance department. Holding compliance and Integrity to the highest standards, as well as producing sustainable revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance and insurance process for vehicle purchases, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies (Red Flags, Regulation Z, FCRA, GLB, FTC Safefuard etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
- Present and explain financing and insurance products to customers, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for financing and insurance transactions.
- Early Involvement in the vehicle sales process by interacting with the customers personally, via video, phone and email.

- Follow up with customers via video, phone and email to ensure satisfaction and review products and services.

- Consistently reaching monthly product penetration and per vehicle retail average goals.

- Actively pursuing aftersales product sales through the service lane and previous customer databases and achieving monthly goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 Years experience as a current active F&I Manager in the automotive industry with proven results.
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Proficient in CDK DMS, Dealertrack, and Darwin Platforms.
