Who We Are
Cache Valley Counseling is a rapidly growing Marriage and Family Counseling Clinic that has experienced tremendous growth since opening in 2017. Our client-centered focus has allowed us to grow from 1 therapist to 6 and we are looking to add another skilled therapist to help us serve even more people. The founder of the company is a USU Graduate with her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has a passion for helping couples improve their relationships and is Certified in Emotional Focused Therapist. While our main focus of therapy is couples, we also provide therapy for individuals and families, including EMDR for trauma. We have also integrated Yoga into our services and provide that as an additional benefit to our clients.

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Do everything possible to give the best results to every client

• Ensure that clients achieve their desired clinical outcomes
• Develop relationship with clients that benefits both the client(s) and the clinic
• Provide a high level of customer care that will draw clients back and ensure clients follow through with appointments

• Ensure that clients coming for free discovery visits are converted to therapy appointments (when appropriate)
• Ensure that clients complete a plan of care that they agree to
• Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date and accurate
• Assist in the production of workshops and other marketing events
• Be on hand to participate in and contribute to the clinics social media activity, including blog posts and contributing to newsletters

Skills Required:

• Superior therapy skills that will be developed continuously

• Excellent communication skills that are developed continuously
• To be able to communicate and educate in such a way that the client can confidently say yes to future therapy
• Accountable – you’re happy to be held accountable and flexible enough for coaching and feedback when necessary
• Takes seriously the role as a therapist, but also is approachable in order to establish appropriate therapist/client relationships
• Ability to self-evaluate your clinical performance in order to continue expanding and progressing
• Deep understanding of clients internal and external problems
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines including staying on schedule
• Ability to allocate time and complete work by deadlines

Compensation:
Based on current licensing status, certifications, and experience
