Job description
Front Desk Receptionist position is responsible for ensuring our patients are treated with courtesy and professionalism during their visit at Rainbow Pediatric. This position is also responsible for ensuring that insurance information is entered correctly so that insurance claims are paid promptly.
The position must handle multiple phone calls professionally and direct phone calls to the correct person in a professional manner. They must also be able to take detailed messages and work with different software programs.
