Bilingual Secretary-Gainesville VA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Secretary to join our team in our Gainesville, VA office. As a Bilingual Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and servicing insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in Spanish, insurance-related experience, customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable policy options
• Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses
• Educate clients on various insurance policies, coverage options, and terms
• Assess clients' risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal communication skills)
• Experience in the insurance industry is a MUST
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License within 90 days
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using computer systems and insurance software
• Must possess the necessary licenses and certifications as required by local regulations
