Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients.
• Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
  
• Assist patients and families in understanding the care plans and treatment processes.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs promptly and effectively
• Adhere to agency and hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in Virginia.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and any other relevant certifications.
• Current negative TB test or chest x-ray result
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
  
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Applicants with the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
