Brightstar Care of Leesburg and Gainesville is seeking reliable, upbeat, and passionate caregivers with at least 1 year experience looking to take the next step in their healthcare career. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set while working for a leading Home Care Agency.

If you are the right candidate, we will:

• Pay for your PCA Training course;
• Pay you a Bonus for attending the training; and
• Guarantee you a minimum of 32 hours per week. You are eligible for overtime pay (time and half) if you work over 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate a passion to help and care for others.
• 1-year prior companion/caregiving experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to Read, Write, and speak English.
• Able to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
