This position is responsible for supporting the provider team in achieving clinical benchmarks and ensuring the smooth function of the Medical Assistant (MA) teams during clinic hours. Our ideal candidate would promote employee retention, provide encouragement and effective teamwork.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year as a clinical staff in a primary care setting and a minimum six (6) months in a lead role demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
