A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio is Prescott’s most prominent, award winning, and highly rated wellness studio priding ourselves in quality of services and expertise in our craft. We are locally owned and operated, and are looking for a fun, professional, and reliable person to add to our amazing team. We are searching for someone who is eager to help others, passionate about what they do, able to multitask and who embodies spa and wellness. We are looking for a part time or full time professional and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator.

We seek a Spa Coordinator who has the following qualifications:

Job-Related Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficient in POS scheduling software
  • Strong computer skills with an excellent phone etiquette and being comfortable multi-tasking.
  • Able to handle client conflict resolution
  • Ability to successfully multi-task in an organized and complete manner while maintaining a consistent and clear attitude of service.
  • Ability to purposefully communicate with teammates, supervisors and leaders.
  • Must be a team player and be able to build positive relationships.
  • Accountable for the success of team and individual metrics goals.
  • Has a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance by complying with company dress code.
  • Compassionate problem solver who can exceed client expectations in an extremely fast paced environment.

  • This position is also responsible for making product and treatment recommendations to spa clients.

Must successfully demonstrate baseline qualification during a 4 hour paid job trial. Staff wellness benefits include complimentary treatments, discounts on services, discounts on products, and much more.

Job-Related Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Schedule services and assist clients with any questions about their visit in person and over the phone.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging customer service.
  • Have professional and friendly phone etiquette.
  • Manage client files both paper and digital, and comply with client confidentiality requirements of HIPPA
  • Anticipates client needs and takes ownership of client concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure client satisfaction; reports all glitches to Manager for further follow-up.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the spa. Including but not limited to stock towels and robes, in house towels/sheets laundered, wipe down counters/mirrors, etc...
  • Be proactive in regularly replenishing spa supplies throughout for clients and staff.
  • Provide and ensure a safe, friendly, and clean environment for clients and staff.
  • Be conscientious of the clients' needs and surroundings.
  • Check clients in for their spa services and check out at the end of their appointment.
  • Sell products, gift cards and memberships using our point of sale software system.
  • Take ownership of resolving client concerns and/or issues with patience, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Balance cash drawer.
  • Communicate and listen effectively with Management, Supervisors, Staff, and clients.
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings and participate in our staff meetings.
  • Assisting with sanitation procedures in between client visits.

Reception Desk Oversight

  • Operate cash register
  • Process payments
  • Manage/handle cash and balance cash drawer each shift.
  • Perform opening and/or closing duties, as required
  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Clients Schedule and Therapist Room Schedule
  • Overall Studio cleanliness
  • Coordinating appointments to ensure schedule adherence.
