Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish)

Position: *Bilingual* Call Center Representative

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• $55,000 - $75,000 annually
• Base pay plus bonuses and commissions

Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, your role involves:

• Increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business
• Confirming booked appointments with potential customers
• Collecting key information and setting customer expectations
• Communicating with customers through inbound and outbound calls and lead follow-ups
• Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and providing additional information via email
• Entering relevant customer data into the CRM platform
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Staying informed about competing products and services

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
• 1-3 years of experience in roofing or solar sales; customer service or telemarketing sales preferred
• Ability to learn and educate customers on roofing sales or solar sales
• Comfortable working in a sedentary role, primarily at a computer and on the phone
• Student mentality, leadership skills, and a desire to learn and train
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to multitask and switch between various software, technology, and priorities with ease
