Success as an Inventory Procurement/Warehouse Assistant Manager requires you to collaborate closely with distributors to procure vital plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring strict adherence to our established guidelines and purchase orders. This role requires efficiently sourcing high-quality products, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and fostering strong supplier relationships to support our operational needs seamlessly.

Responsibilities for the Inventory Procurement/Warehouse Assistant Manager:

• Prepare and process plumbing parts and equipment orders efficiently according to Purchase Orders.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Evaluate products and distributors based on essential criteria such as quality, price, and availability.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and ensure consistent invoicing.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels while maintaining accuracy in material processing.
• Review and approve vendor statements for accuracy monthly.
• Engage in active collaboration with vendors and industry peers.
• Supervisor / manager of runners / support staff.
• Assisting with warehouse and vehicle inventory management and control.

Requirements for the Inventory Procurement/Warehouse Assistant Manager:

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in plumbing.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring and forecasting.
• Proficiency in the plumbing and residential services sector.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
