How will we compensate you? You have the ability to decide your own earnings using our commission-centered payment.

A 1st Year Activity Stipend of up to $26,000 is provided. In 2022, the average income from our 12,000 agents was $124,000. This salary will depend on individual performance. Further benefits comprise of healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $124,800 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Service your book of business to maintain the client's financial plan
  • Network in the community to educate people on our products and services
  • Learn sound prospecting methods
  • Expand your network through proven name-gathering strategies
  • Attend training and development courses
  • Maintain valid North Carolina Life and Health Licenses
  • Obtain more licenses to grow your business (SIE, S6 or S7, & S63)
  • Work with businesses, families, and individuals
