We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Lawrenceville, GA, US. This role entails the oversight of all store operations and close collaboration with the General Manager of our Lawrenceville location.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily management of store operations
• Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve business goals
• Supervising and supporting store staff
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Monitoring inventory and managing stock levels
• Assisting with scheduling and personnel
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of effective sales techniques
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

$40,000 + Bonus Eligible

• Adhere to all established protocols and standards of Big Dave's Cheesesteaks to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction
• Implement the training regimen of Big Dave’s, in order to promote effective store operations and enhance the customers' experience
• Uphold all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Guide and nurture Team Members with the current standard operating procedures
• Comprehensively communicate and enforce procedures
• Ensure meals meet specifications, recipes, and presentation standards
• Comply with ticket times standards
• Sustain an adequate supply of ingredients, chemicals, janitorial supplies, clean linens, and miscellaneous items
• Keep up with stock levels and adhere to par levels
• Maintain fixtures, equipment, and building structure according to the company's procedures
• Supply all necessary small wares and ensure they are in good condition
• Aesthetically maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Preserve sanitation practices to comply with local, state, and federal regulations and SOP
• Appropriately store food items and strictly follow temperature standards
• Keep to a regular deep cleaning schedule

• Possesses at least half a year of team management know-how in a food service setting
