SCHC maintains three full-time family medicine practitioners (Internal Medicine Physician, Physician Assistant. and Nurse Practitioner). We are seeking a pediatric specialist to visit our clinic 2-4 days a month to focus on kids with higher acuity needs (e.g., Type I diabetes, autoimmune diseases, severe allergies). Having monthly pediatric access could keep these families from having to make more frequent trips to Anchorage or Soldotna to get the care they need.
