Junior Level Mechanical Engineer (Must Have Active Clearance)

New Job Opportunity - Junior Level Mechanical Engineer:

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Rockville, MD. Looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer with around a year of professional experience or who have worked on school projects or internships. 
Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required as well as an active secret security clearance. 

Logistics of the Role:

• Full Time - Direct Hire 
• On Site 
• Compensation Dependent on experience (Ranging from 70k-100k). 

Day to Day Activities:

• Reviews, analyzes, develops, prepares, or applies engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures
• Designing project frameworks related to 3D
• Review and oversee the manufacturing of designs.
• Organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports or presentations of technical data and information
• Plans and performs tests and evaluations of systems equipment or components
• Compiles, processes, reduces, or analyzes test data results.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering - At least 3.3 GPA 
• Must have a strong understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
•  Experience in mechanical and thermal design and analysis
• Have a strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD understanding
•  Must be able to read schematics and Blueprints.
