Pain Management Physician Indianapolis, IN

We are looking for a pain management physician to join our medical group to provide direct patient care at our interventional pain clinic in Indianapolis, IN. The right candidate will be seeing patients, reviewing patient charts/records to determine the best possible course of action and treatment for our patients’ chronic pain. In the future, there is a potential to possibility providing supervision of a PA/NP as well as adding additional services such as wound care. The physician will be performing trigger point, joint, si, facets, epidurals, rhizotomy to name a few, as well prescription/medication management.

Duties:
  • Patient management and care (focused exams, history and physicals) Review patient records as needed
  • Treatment plan formulation and recommend options for patients
  • Answer patient’s questions and concerns
  • Perform injections/procedures- trigger point, joint, si, facets, epidurals, and rhizotomy
  • Patient follow up as needed to track progress and address additional concerns
  • Documentation- timely and accurate
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
  • BCBE in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R preferred
  • Must be able to perform trigger point, joint, SI, facets, epidurals, and rhizotomies.
  • DEA license in IN
  • MD or DO License to Practice Medicine in IN

Schedule:
  • Part time (1-2 days per week) with potential to increase to full time as patient base/needs expand
Compensation:
  • $1,500-$2,000 per day plus bonus compensation based on patients seen and production
