Client Service Associate

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist policyholders in servicing the policies and helping take care of their other insurance needs. To be successful as a Client Service Associate, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. A CSA must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, a Client Service Associate should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Client Service Associate Responsibilities: • Provides quotes on all personal lines insurance policies • Prepares presentations for new business and aids in preparing annual review appointments • Cross sells other products at every opportunity. • Provides customer service by making updates and changes. • Updates information in agency CRM. • Complete tasks in a timely manner. • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Client Service Associate Requirements: • Knowledge with Social Media. • Excellent computer skills, especially typing, written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail. • Must have a 440 Florida State Insurance License
