What We’re Looking for!

We’re looking for an exceptional Apprentice Electrician in Minneapolis, MN who wants to learn and grow into a residential electrical repair and installation career. As an electrical technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure a 5-star customer experience. You will diagnose and repair electrical issues and assist Journeyman and Master Electricians on job sites. To be successful at this position you will need to enjoy getting your hands dirty and have a heart to serve others.

Must be willing to travel daily within a 20-mile radius of the Twin Cities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls
• Know how to establish customer rapport
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable
• Maintain a clean, organized job site
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• Must have a clean and insurable driving record
• Licensed Apprentice Electrician in Minnesota
• Must have good reading and communication skills

• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
• Ability to work with power tools, on ladders, in attics, and on roofs

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & and motor vehicle check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
