As the LAX Station Leader, you will spearhead operations, championing company goals and objectives with a fervent advocacy for the local team. • Is committed to creating Raving FANS among our airline crew members.
• Is open to a flexible schedule, as our operations run 24/7/365.
• Holds a valid driver's license and is approved by the Company's insurance carrier.
• Has a demonstrated history of effective safety management and team building
• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Has 3 to 5+ years of managerial experience in transportation, logistics, or the airline sector

Requirements:

• Five years experience in transportation with managing experience in transportation as a service desired
• Experience in supervising transportation staff members
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations applicable to transportation
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Must have current, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Will be required to obtain driving permits as required by airport authorities.
• Experience driving a shuttle, bus, passenger van or vehicle for hire is preferred.
• Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. by self, up to 20 times a day.
• Must have dexterous use of both hands and legs. Must be able to work outdoors in heat and cold.
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language to respond to official inquiries and to make entries on reports and records.
