Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on products and services.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services that align with customers' needs and preferences.

Problem Resolution: Efficiently and effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.


Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
