The culinary staff creates exciting and delicious cuisine and, at times, an international flair and themed special dinners and parties. Some ingredients are even grown by residents in their hydroponic gardens. Work in one of our multiple cooking operations with the grill, hearth oven, panini presses, charbroiler, live cooking stations, and more. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the culinary program by overseeing kitchen operations with an emphasis on production; training of culinary staff in preparation techniques; catering production; menu and recipe development in addition to other duties and responsibilities.
