**Summary**
The Customer Service Representative services our customer, handling orders, calls and claims. Furthermore the Customer Service department is back up for the Sales and Marketing department. The position is within the Nordic so the function handle tasks cross countries.
**Responsibilities**
? Secure superior customer experience towards our internal and external customers.
? Handle orders, calls, backorder and claims based upon the KPI for the department.
? Quality and high degree of service is an important focus area.
? Performance driven approach towards our daily tasks to secure an efficient handling of tasks.
? During the year participate in customer event
? Daily handling of office tasks such as sample handling, office supply, reception tasks
? Written and oral communication with customers and end users
? Administrative back office tasks- tenders, pricelists, marketing material etc.
? Outbound calls and a proactive approach towards customers is needed.
**Work Experience Requirements**
? Experienced within customer service tasks
? Well-structured and able to handle many different tasks- often in short notice
? Fluent both written and oral within at least two Nordic languages
**Specialized Skills**
? Experience within outlook, Windows etc. SAP knowledge will be a benefit
**Local Spesifications**
* English, and minimum 2 Nordic Languages
