The Customer Service Representative is the first line of communication for the resort members to ask questions about their membership, make reservations at our 5 camping resorts, and help them to plan trips utilizing the affiliate programs that they have available with their membership. This position is full time and starts immediately.

Midwest Outdoor Resorts is a membership camping company located in Rapid City, South Dakota with camping resorts in South Dakota and Minnesota. This position is located at Rushmore Shadows Resort, south of Rapid City on Hwy 16.

The Customer Service Representatives answer the Midwest Outdoor Resorts main phone line. They assist with reservations and general questions about the callers membership. This person will be trained about all of the membership types and the affiliate programs that the members have the option of participating in. All contacts with members must be documented in the member software.

This position also takes the reservation calls for all of the camping resorts owned by Midwest Outdoor Resorts.

The department hosts membership events at each of the resorts in the summer, giving them an opportunity to talk with members at those events also.

This full-time position is eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision and 401K. The starting pay is $10.00 hourly.
