**Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of the customers experience for Taquan Air.
**Summary of Essential Job Functions**
* Ticketing customers, answering phones efficiently, receiving and ticketing freight
* Knowledgeable of our destinations, rates, fees and tour products
* Establishing a warm, welcome, and friendly relationship with each customer in person, over the phone and through email.
* Assist customers with retail sales including handling cash and credit card machine.
* Responsible for keeping retail stocked and inventory updated.
* Responsible for keeping lobby, bathrooms and work area clean.
* Assisting with passenger loading and unloading as needed.
* Participate in all company training.
* Responsible for complying with opening and closing procedures.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
