We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated LocumUrological Surgeon.  As a full-timemember of our Urology department, the successful candidate will providecomprehensive urological care and surgical expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Surgical Expertise:

  • Perform a wide range of urological surgeries, including but not limited to prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and bladder procedures.
  • Utilize advanced surgical techniques and stay current with emerging trends in urological surgery.

Patient Care:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose urological conditions, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other urologists, medical specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and contribute to the development of patient care protocols.

Education:

  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and healthcare staff.
  • Stay informed about advancements in urological surgery and share knowledge with the team.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Medical degree and completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
  • Board certification in Urology.
  • Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
