Job Description
Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with specialization in controls and robotics to design control panels, industrial power systems, and develop PLC programs.
Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or electro-mechanical design
3+ years of experience in controls development with PLC programming and troubleshooting
Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing electrical schematics and panel drawings
Preferred Skills:
Experience in engineering/design of industrial equipment and machinery
Knowledge of IEC 61131-3 programming standards
Familiarity with configuration management practices and SolidWorks PDM
Basic network configuration understanding
Vision system knowledge including vision-guided systems
Analog/digital signal processing experience
Design experience adhering to robotic safety standards (ISO10218)
Responsibilities:
Design control panels and industrial power systems using relevant electrical engineering principles
Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLCs for various applications
Communicate technical concepts effectively to team members without technical backgrounds
Apply fabrication and assembly methods including wire/cable routing, termination, soldering etc.
Ensure designs meet applicable safety standards for robotics
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
