Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.

Certifications:

• Valid and active Ohio State Special Education teaching certification.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to facilitate student success.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
