Position Overview: As an MRI Tech at our facility in Buffalo, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Our MRI department is well-equipped with three GE MRI scanners, including 1.5 and 3T machines, offering cutting-edge technology for accurate diagnoses.
Requirements:
- NYS Rad Tech License
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
Preferred Experience:
- Recent experience with GE scanning equipment
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients using GE MRI scanners
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results
- Maintain equipment and perform routine quality control checks
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
