We are a well-known, highlyrespected community healthcare organization with multiple locations across thestate of Connecticut. Our team in Middletown, CT has an opening for a full timeFamily Medicine Physician.

 

Compensation:  

  • $200,000 to $210,000 out ofresidency, Plus Excellent Benefits Package 
  • Sign on bonus   
  • Providers average $14,000 in performancebonuses.  

Requirements:

  • MD/DO fromapproved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from accredited residencyprogram in Family Practice 
  • Must beboard-certified within 24 months of commencing employment and hold license orbe eligible for license in State of Connecticut
  • Bi-lingualskills English/Spanish preferred 
  • Will considervisa candidates and residents  

Position Overview:  

  • Provide a full scope of medicalservices largely geared to underserved populations 
  • Receive strong clinical supportservices and work in an innovative practice environment utilizing AdvancedAccess scheduling 
  • Be part of a multi-disciplinarypractice that offers a blend of individual and population-based care 
  • 100% Outpatient Primary Care forall ages 
  • eClinicalWorks EMR Integrated 
  • Very light call schedule withactive call center support 
  • Teaching opportunitiesavailable 
  • Research opportunitiesavailable
