Responsibilities:
Conduct prehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities to determine individualized therapy goals.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and interventions to address students' specific needs and facilitate their progress.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative and integrated approach to student care.
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy interventions as necessary to achieve desired outes.
Provide training and support to teachers and staff on strategies and acmodations to promote students' functional independence and participation within the school environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including therapy plans, progress reports, and billing documentation.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid State Occupational Therapist license.
Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
Knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) process and experience in collaborating with special education teams.
Strong understanding of various therapy techniques and interventions for children with diverse needs.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet student needs and documentation requirements.
